If the app crashes unexpectedly, try force-closing it and reopening. Make sure you're running the latest version of FlipShotz from the App Store or Google Play. If crashes persist, restart your device.

If photos aren't uploading, check your internet connection and make sure FlipShotz has permission to access your camera roll (Settings → FlipShotz → Photos). Large photos may take a moment on slower connections.

If you're having trouble logging in, double-check your email and password. Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen to reset your credentials. Contact support@FlipShotzapp.com if problems continue.
For connectivity issues, make sure you have a stable Wi-Fi or cellular data connection. FlipShotz requires internet access for saving, syncing, ordering, and sharing books.
If your printed book looks different than expected, always use the Preview feature before ordering to verify page layouts, text formatting, and photo quality. Photos should be at least 1 MB for best print results.
